About Me:
I love The Beatles - they were really talented, funny, and they, for sure, changed the world forever. John is my favourite Beatle, btw.
Favourite Track:
She Said She Said (Revolver)
Tell us why:
My favourite Beatles song kind of revolves (pun intended) around 'Happiness Is A Warm Gun', 'Strawberry Fields Forever', 'I'm Only Sleeping', 'A Day In The Life' and 'She Said She Said', but I generally like to say it's 'She Said'. There is something very special about that song -- whether it be the phased-out guitars, John + George's psychedelic vocals, Ringo's amazing drum performance, that organ...
Favourite Album:
Tell us why:
This album contains some of the best songs ever written - how about 'She Said She Said', or 'For No One'? The album is also one of most iconic albums ever recorded - one really gets the sense that, along with the beautiful, poignant, mature tunes The Fabs were starting to produce, that the world was changing. And it did, for sure - all thanks to John, Paul, George, Ringo, and this (among 'Rubber Soul' and 'Sgt. Pepper') too-good-to-be-true album!
