“This is the best and only way Yellow Submarine could have ended, and the remastered and remixed version on the Songtrack phenomenal.”

- About me
-
“Ever since August 31, 1999, I have been unhealthily obsessed with The Beatles. I own all of their legitimate releases on CD and DVD (post 1988) except for "In the Beginning", which is just an excuse for Tony Sheridan to pay the bills. As far as solo careers go, I find George's to be the best (yes, even Gone Troppo was good). Beatles cover bands are the worst things on the face of the earth, and the new Yellow Submarine remake will replace them come 2012. When it comes to re-releases, Christmas Album, a giant Blu-Ray box set, a deluxe version of Live at the Hollywood Bowl, Get Back, and a new rarities set are on the top of my wish list. The Beatles are the greatest band ever.”

“Not a bad song on the album (as if they were capable of making anything bad), beautifully produced and sequenced, and a perfect end to a perfect band.”

“Hello?”

From Sgt. Ringo on 29th Jun 10:
“Sup?”

To ringofan0309 on 26th Jun 10:
“1: Who cares how many tracks there are? People who don't actually pay attention to the music.
2: The songs were blended together in a way that musically benefitted the songs, not in a blender.
Just sayin” -
To ringofan0309 on 7th Jun 10:
“So Abbey Road's songs AREN'T beautiful in their own way? And they do blend on the White Album. Every track cross-fades or segues into the next (except when changing sides or records)”

To ringofan0309 on 7th Jun 10:
“I'm not trying to impose my views on you. I'm not trying to harm anyone. I agree that the White Album is great, phenomenal, groundbreaking, and everything else. I just like Abbey Road.”
-
To fool on 7th Jun 10:
“What?”
-
To ringofan0309 on 7th Jun 10:
“The White Album is a masterpiece. I just think Abbey Road ties together nicer.”
-
To ringofan0309 on 7th Jun 10:
“I'm not calling Revolution 9 a bad song. It isn't a song. It is a marvelous piece of work. I'm saying that if everything The Beatles did was like Revolution 9, no one would ever be able to cover it because it's too complex.”
-
To rutles on 16th Feb 10:
“I'll try not to stab you with words, so here it goes: everything about it.”
-
To rutles on 24th Dec 09:
“Thanks you guys.”
