“It's just a great lyric, it's almost as if they were writing 40 years ahead of themselves. The awesome Johnny Cash version proved how fitting it was for someone looking back over a life.”

“I love music and artists who have changed music and pop culture. Obviously the Beatles are at the top, but I also love The Rolling Stones, Elvis, Madonna, Queen, David Bowie, Abba, Michael Jackson, Prince, Nirvana and Blur. I think all these people have influenced Pop Culture and their icon status will last forever.”
- Fav album
- Revolver

“Just brilliant from start to finish, but I could have equally chosen Pepper, Rubber Soul, Help!, The White Album or Abbey Road as favourites.”

“Hey Paul :)
Ah, that’s great that you too love flea-markets :D And guess what?? I found a double LP with Beatles songs (well, it’s just Love Songs but I love the Beatles Love Songs :) and an old powder tin with engraving!
Ah, I see with the vinyl’s. So, you can’t find (and look for) vinyl’s on flea markets or in second hand shops? That’s sad ‘cause like you said it’s fun :)
I do have a Parlophone LP of the Beatles, but not Please Please Me ;) The Please Please Me LP I have is from Apple (or EMI records, it’s both on the LP). And WOW :O that’s really expensive!! Is it so expensive because of the gold letters if I may ask??
Hey, that sounds great with your two pages (twitter and facebook)!! :) I always check your facebook page for new LP pictures!
I’m fine thanks for asking :) I made a Trifle and a plum crumble last week (I love baking and sweet things ;) What about you Paul?? And how are you? I hope you’re well too! See you then, have a nice day :)

“I love flea markets, and you can occaisionally pick up a good LP or two. The problem in the UK is everyone automatically thinks their vinyl is worth a fortune in any condition :-S Most vinyl is only worth anything when it's in Mint or Excellent Condition, so it tends to be really overpriced. Ebay is probably best for LP's and you get some sort of protection too if it's not right. That said, I do miss looking for records in second hand shops and markets. It's fun :-) I think the Top LP of all time is the first copies of The Beatles - Please Please Me album that has gold Parlophone label. They changed it after only a few weeks and so those early copies are unique and really rare. They sell for thousands of pounds! My Twitter page is coming along and I keep adding to it along with my facebook page :-) hope your well? Paul x x x x x”

“Thanks!! And I also drew pictures of John and George :) I wish I could show you!! Hum, now I need another artwork I could start with...
Wow, that sounds great with your Twitter account, and also that Yoko Ono ant The Beatles Twitter account do follow you :D FAB!! That’s pretty cool indeed!! But when it comes to vinyl’s I’d really say you’re the #1 person!! And I’m sure it will continue :)
By the way, I found something exciting (you asked in your last message): there’ll be a flea-market on Saturday (I love flea-markets) and maybe I’ll find something interesting there (like LP’s or retro things :) Do you also like flea-markets if I may ask?
Alright, have a nice day then!! See you :)

“Wow! Sounds really cool! I love all this creativity :-) Well I launched my Twitter Vinyl Page and it's doing really well so far. Yoko Ono and The Beatles Twitter accounts are following me on there which is pretty cool. I also got a mention on the official Universal Music's Vinyl Twitter account today and they linked one of my Bowie Vinyl pix and Tweeted they loved my Page :-). So it's going well so far. Hopefully it'll continue :-) x x x x x”

“Hey Paul :)
I listen to this song (and some others like Jumping Jack Flash) every day while I do my artworks :)
I heard about Amy Winehouse yesterday D: You’re so right with what you say, everybody should respect someone’s memory (and hers is great!). People can be so cruel if you are different (or THEY say you are different...) or say you are crazy. I noticed that when I still was at school...what’s wrong about being different?! I don’t get it!!! D:<
Yeah, thanks I’m fine :) Just finished another artwork (I made the chocolates that are mentioned in the song “Savoy Truffle” of cloth, arranged them on a paper and designed it with their names and the sign “Mackintosh’s Good News” and now I have to take a photo as for I want to print it on a tee-shirt :) Hum, anything exciting. Well, I want to sew a 60’s dress from an old magazine if you can call that exciting haha ;) Anything exciting going on by you?
See you then!! ~Ann :-] x x x” -

“Yes that is a good song :-) I've been setting up a vinyl Twitter page today all synced up with my facebook vinyl page. I'm upset hearing about Amy Winehouse, I liked her a lot. I'm also really angry at some really insensitive comments I read from people. I think you should always respect someone's memory, even if you didn't like them. Some guy said it was no loss as he thought her music was rubbish! As if that justify's her death, it makes my blood boil! I'm calm haha, I get a bit caught up in it all sometimes. Hope your okay? Anything exciting going on? xx xx xx”

“Hey Paul :)
THANK YOU!!! I really hope that I will love it, but it’s Art and I LOVE Art ;) And we rented a room for me yesterday (it’s in a living community not far from the college. At the moment it seems that I will live with 3 guys in a 4-room-apartment, but that’s not sure yet).
Good to hear you’re fine! I’m alright thanks for asking :D I’m doing another Beatles Art Project at the moment :) I can’t stop thinking of new artworks!!
By the way, do you know the song “2000 Light Years From Home” from the Rolling Stones?? When I listen to it I have to think of the film Yellow Submarine (the scenes where you can hear the instrumental parts of the album you know) Anyway, I like this song :) And I found my name in one of their songs (well, actually it’s Anne in the song but the pronunciation is the same).
Alright, have a nice day then (hope it’s not too busy :)
See you then! ~Ann :-] x x x” -

I hope you're alright!!! Hope to hear from you again ;D

“Hey Paul! (As for I don’t know your name I called you like your username ;)
The test is over!!! Aaaah, I’m so happy :D I couldn’t eat anything yesterday...so curious :O And I was so tired after the test, I had to draw and be creative for about 8 hours (so exhausting I tell you...) Now I have to wait till next week for the results. Oh, I really hope that I get good results!!! How are you then?
A Jukebox!!!! Yeah, that would be sooo great :D I love Jukeboxes as well, they’re so great!! Unfortunately they are very expensive you’re right. So we have the same dream of a Jukebox ;D I’ve never seen one in reality (just pictures), what about you?? And do you have any retro items so far if I may ask?
Alright, hope you had a nice day :) See you then!
