The Last Photo Session - Tittenhurst Park, 1969

On 22nd August, 1969, The Beatles all turned up at Tittenhurst Park - John's new house in Ascot (which Ringo later bought from him) - for what turned out to be their last set of photos taken together.  

Photographers Monte Fresco and Ethan Russell took these now iconic images.​

It's sometimes hard to remember that imagery as iconic as the Sgt. Pepper album artwork began, like everything, as simply an idea - and one that took trial and error before getting it just right.
